Dan Milman – The Four Purposes of Life

“Where are you? … HERE”
“What time is it? … NOW”
“What are you? … THIS MOMENT.”

Just watching Dan Millman on the Four Purposes of Life on Gaia.com and he has some great insights to how we travel throughout our life.  I love his books and need to just re read them all the time so I can have these golden nuggets of wisdom sink into my brain.  Some of the following are the lessons I have learned from Dan so far.

Its fine to dream BIG but start small and take small steps at a time.  So if you want to start meditating then start with just a few minutes a day.  A little of something is better than a lot of nothing.

What is my Purpose?? – There are four of them – Career (Income) *Our Calling – Do what you love * (Time stands still or speeds up) Our life path or Hidden Calling – (our calling is what we may have pushed back) * attending to this arising moment.

While experience and wisdom is important, in the Way of the Peaceful Warrior, Socrates teaches Dan that there’s a difference between Knowing and Doing. You can know what to do or understand something, but you don’t really KNOW it until you’re DOING it.

I can relate to this with my meditation practice and my reiki healing practice.  Sometimes I can sit and read and reread and write out plans etc but without the practice then it really means very little.  Recently I enrolled in a raw food course and wrote out a lot of recipes and shopping lists and was so pumped about starting this journey.  But after a few days I was back to eating cooked processed foods so I started to read up again and watch youtube videos on raw food all whilst eating cooked food and feeling so deflated and disappointed in myself.  So this in my life is teaching me that I can read as much as I like but without putting it into practice it does not bring me inner joy or contentment.

A big theme in the Way of the Peaceful Warrior that Socrates instills in Dan is the power of NOW. The only time that matters is RIGHT NOW, this moment.  This moment is all that we have. Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow doesn’t exist. But, the problem with most people is that we live in our heads. We live in either the past or the future.

All stress and fear exists in either the past or the future. In fact, fear is just anticipation of pain. If you can truly live in the moment and get out of your head, you can be free of all of the garbage in your head and perform at levels you never thought possible. Not only that, but you can be at peace.

Peaceful Warrior Dan Millman

Being in the moment is a practice. It’s a practice that Dan focuses on throughout the book that changes his life for the better. He shares his experiences learning meditation and learning to be more and more present. There’s one part in the book where Socrates throws Dan over a bridge into the water, just to clear his mind. He then describes to Dan how there are no ordinary moments – that there is never nothing going on.  The truth is, there is so many amazing things going on at any given moment, but we’re too much inside of our heads to notice it.

The lesson here is simple: nothing in your outer world will ever make you happy or fulfilled. Happiness can only come from the inside. When you truly come to this realization and stop deluding yourself, you can gain that sense of peace and satisfaction within.

Lets Rewrite our Subconcious Mind

After listening to and reading a tonne of books on this subject I realised that you can have all the knowledge in the world but if we don’t practice then it’s not of much use.

Daily Practice in anything is the way to programme our subconscious brain.

I learned the times table at school by constantly repeating these daily so they are stored into my computer brain.  I also learned all the words to The Fresh Prince of Bel Air over 18 years ago and wow it’s still in there along with so much more useless information.  I can drive a car without thinking about it, oh and I can ride a bike too.  So if all this information has been stored  into the computer brain then what else is in there.  There is lots of limiting beliefs and negative emotions which has been stored.

Look at your day and see what you have programmed into your day.

  1. Getting kids ready and out the door for school.  Do you programme that your going to be stressed, rushed and loose your patience and kids will have melt downs.  This was my life until I realised it didn’t have to be.  Okay so every day is not a walk in the park but when I realise I slip into panic mode about being late I take a few breaths have a word with myself and we get there, we are always early so my panicking is just using up my energy and giving my kids a horrible start to the day.  Each day I practice having more patience and my children are my greatest teachers.
  2. Eating healthy  and exercising – but eating a cake is just so much more satisfying.  Yet the guilt after it is just not worth those ten minutes of pleasure yet I do it anyway and then my negative self talk about how I never stick to anything, I shall always be fat and how everyone is better at it than me.  Spiralling negative self talk leads to low mood and energy been drained from our bodies.  So I realise that I either eat the cake, enjoy it and don’t regret it, stop the thoughts in motion.  Or I lay off the cake and feel absolutely empowered at how strong I am.  If I keep on saying no to the Cake I get stronger and stronger.  (I love a chocolate cake)  This one I am working on..
  3. My night-time sleep can be amazing when I meditate but if I miss a few days than wow its back to being rubbish.  (programme)
  4. Eating 3 meals a day (programmed from generations)
  5. Save up for your retirement then have a life (Programmes)

This list can go on and on – Write down your daily programmes by becoming aware of your thoughts and your behaviour.  It can be very interesting to see what your programming is and where it has come from.

untitled

Lets Change it but How?

1. Trust your subconscious mind, recognise and become aware of your fears and habits

2.  Interview your subconscious

3. Make a promise, set the intention to work with your subconscious.

4.  Get examples – Douse your subconscious in positive case studies in the programme that you want to achieve..  Your subconscious will do anything you say is possible.

5.  Ingrain this new power into your subconscious.

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.

Make it happen faster by putting a strong emotion behind it.

Change your physiology

Visualise again and again the new you as if you already have achieved it.

I set a reminder every hour on my phone when I have a programme that I want to pop into my subconscious goals

Why Hemp is a better source for paper.

History Of Hemp to make Paper

Image result for hemp to make paper

Using hemp as paper is not revolutionary. The use of hemp to make paper dates back well over 2,000 years, and was used by many ancient civilizations. It is considered by some to be the world’s oldest agricultural plant and was used to produce paper, among many other things, worldwide until fairly recently.

The Declaration of Independence and the Gutenberg Bible were both written on paper produced from hemp, as were almost all works written up until around the mid-1800s and the importance of hemp in rope manufacture – essential for any navy – gave the plant a similar status to that which oil currently has today. George Washington was a famous exponent of the plant and grew it himself. However, today hemp production is a fraction of what it once was. Many countries, like the United States and United Kingdom, regulate hemp growth or have banned it altogether because the plant is the same species as cannabis. Perhaps pushed by the emerging products and processes that could replace hemp and many of its uses.

See the source image

Paper manufacturing is one of the largest energy consumers around the globe, and although switching to hemp-based paper will not necessarily change the amount of energy needed to produce paper it will help alleviate the demand on the world’s trees and requires less chemicals. Deforestation releases large amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, and, whilst paper manufacturers do use tree farms and second-growth forests these sources can not supply nearly enough timber. Neither is wood-based paper making a clean process. According to http://www.ecology.com: “the U.S. Toxic Release Inventory report published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), pulp and paper mills are among the worst polluters to air, water, and land of any industry in the country.

See the source image

The Worldwatch Institute offers similar statistics for the rest of the world. Each year millions of pounds of highly toxic chemicals such as toluene, methanol, chlorine dioxide, hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde are released into the air and water from papermaking plants around the world.”

There is clear evidence that wood-based paper manufacturing not only damages the environment sourcing its raw materials, but the by-product of the production process is highly toxic. Wood is also not necessarily the best resource for paper because it does not have a very high cellulose content.

Paper manufacture relies on breaking down the raw materials to cellulose. Wood has a cellulose content of around 40%, although this does differ between tree species, whereas hemp has a cellulose content nearer to 80%. A lot of the paper manufacturing process involves removing the useless – from the paper manufacturers point of view – 60% of the tree to leave the pulp. So when it comes to hemp pulp vs. wood pulp the hemp pulp is much more efficient because of the higher cellulose content. Not only this, but a hemp crop can mature in four to six months meaning that each acre can be much more productive than an acre, or even a few acres, of woodland. Trees need around 20 years and upward to mature enough to be pulped.

So, what are the benefits of using hemp paper? For one thing hemp makes very strong paper that does not require bleaching, and hemp produces an acid-free paper; this prevents the paper yellowing and cracking over time giving the paper a much longer life. There are surviving, readable pieces of hemp paper from 105AD. Hemp-based paper production alleviates pressure on forests, and has serious environmental benefits across the board. Not only does it reduce the carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere, but it will help reduce dangerous chemicals being released into the environment as a by-product of the manufacturing process. As Forbes magazine points out:

“Not only can hemp be used for an astonishing number of products, its net environmental benefit is impressive. Among the more salient features, hemp grows in a variety of climates and soil types, is naturally resistant to most pests, and grows very tightly spaced allowing it to outcompete most weeds. A natural substitute for cotton and wood fiber, hemp can also be pulped using fewer chemicals than wood because of its low lignin content. Its natural brightness can obviate the need to use chlorine bleach.”
Alongside the economic and product quality benefits to be had there is serious economic benefits if hemp paper production was taken up in a big way: through job creation and increased farm revenues for hemp farmers. So, why are we still using wood to produce paper?
There are various theories and reasons why hemp became vilified, going from one of the world’s main agricultural crops to only being produced in a handful of countries; from the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 in the US to chemical producers hoping to increase revenues. Regardless of how we got into this situation hemp paper production has some obstacles preventing its mass production: hemp paper requires paper mills to spend fortunes changing their machines so that they can deal with the more fibrous hemp pulp, the continuing confusion between hemp and cannabis plants, and perhaps the lingering influence of chemical companies such as DuPont. Of all the confusion appears to be the biggest obstacle, especially in the US where it is still against the law to own hemp seeds thus making it impossible to grow the plants commercially. Until these obstacles are tackled worldwide hemp paper production will be hamstrung despite its benefits.

Distance Healing _ Reiki for the four levels

8e731e8841424bbad09b343b0594d10e

One of the basic teachings of healing with Reiki is that we are more than our physical bodies. We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centres) and the meridians (energy pathways.) Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.

Our body is comprised of energy vibrating at different speeds. Our physical body, our thoughts, emotions, and our spiritual centre, all vibrate at a particular frequency or speed. These varying vibrations or pulsations create a field around them which are often referred to as our aura or energy field. The aura is an information centre and a highly perceptual system that transmits and receives messages from the external and internal environment.

Each energy layer appears different and has its own individual function. Yet, they continuously interpenetrate each other as well as the physical body. These fields can be felt through touch. It is what we perceive or sense when we scan with our hands.

Energy Fields:

The Etheric Field is the first layer of our energy body and is ¼ to 2 inches from the body. It is the energy duplicate of the physical body.

The Emotional Field is where we experience feelings. It extends about 1 to 3 inches beyond the physical body.

The Mental Field is associated with thoughts and mental processes. It can be sensed 3 to 8 inches from the body.

The Spiritual Field is made up of four or more layers, which help us relate to our higher self and spiritual dimensions. It is activated when we meditate, pray or channel. It extends 6″ to 2′ beyond our physical body.

These energy fields are also referred to as our four levels of being; or our physical, mental, emotional spiritual selves.

Below are some ways to enhance the energy fields or four levels of being

First, empower your hands and chakras with the Usui power symbol. Then give yourself Reiki for 10-15 minutes.

Then invoke or visualize the distant healing symbol and say its name three times.

Visualize the person you will be sending Reiki to. Intend to send Reiki to each level of being for 10-20 minutes.
To send Reiki to their physical level of being, imagine that the Reiki enters their crown chakra. Then it goes inside their body and slowly and gently fills them up. As they become filled with Reiki energy, all of their body organs and parts are bathed in Reiki.

Then the energy begins to radiate out from their physical body. Imagine that they are glowing with healing energy. See them expanded and their first energy layer filled.
Then send Reiki to their emotional being. Imagine that they are filled with peace, joy, love, contentment and overall well being. Imagine that the glow from their physical body now extends out into their emotional level.

Next, send Reiki to their mental being. Intend that their thoughts are clear and calm. Imagine that their brain is working so that thoughts flow easily, and are well thought out, Imagine that solutions to perplexing problems come easily. Imagine that worry gently flows out of their body. As all these troubling thoughts leave their body, Reiki fills up and extends out into their mental level.

Then send Reiki to their spiritual being. Imagine that Reiki comes in and fills up and restores their spirit….their essence…their soul. Imagine it as a beautiful golden flow of energy that is a direct link to the higher realms. Imagine that guidance flows in and that they are directly connected to the source, whatever they believe that to be. Intend that the Reiki energy reconnects them to the divine within them and reignites their flame. See them filled with spiritual energy that extends out beyond all the other levels of their being.

You can also do this by having a conversation with the person before you send Reiki. You can address each level of being by asking questions before the session.

For the physical body you can ask them how they are feeling? Are they having any discomfort or pain?
For the emotional body, you can ask how they are feeling emotionally. Is there something that is making them feel happy or something that is making them feel sad?
Then ask if they have too much on their mind or are worried about something?
To address the spiritual level, ask how their spirit feels? Do they experience the sacredness of everyday life or is everyday just another day? Do they feel alone and unprotected in the world?

Before you are ready to begin sending Reiki, ask them to allow the Reiki energy to heal and address all of their levels of being. Ask them to allow themselves to receive this healing energy.

Then send Reiki for 10-20 minutes to each level of being and intend that the Reiki go to the issues, thoughts, or feelings that you discussed.

After the session is finished, let them rest. Visualize a power symbol over them and seal the session with light and love. Do dry bathing (Kenyoku) to disconnect from their energy field. Give yourself Reiki for a few minutes. You can call them afterwards to see what they experienced and share what you sensed.

Then end with gratitude for the gift of Reiki.

HempWorx CBD Oil Anxiety Testimonies

Anxiety, migraines and pain is almost completely eliminated!

I’ve been using the CBD oil for a month now. I started using it because my anxiety was so bad it was keeping me from living my life. My anxiety is almost completely gone, I’m not irritable, I sleep through the night and I’ve only had to take an anti-anxiety pill once in 4 weeks!

I suffer from migraines, as well. Twice I’ve felt the headaches coming on and I put the HempWorx CBD drops under my tongue, as well as, a drop on each temple and within minutes I had no headache and it never came back!

Carpal tunnel is something else I deal with and one morning I realized I have had zero pain, numbness, or tingling. I am so grateful I have found HempWorx and I want everyone to try this! I’ve posted before that I weaned myself off all anxiety and depression meds with only using our HempWorx CBD Oil. Well it’s still working! Things have been tough, holidays are stressful and had my lifelong friend back out of my wedding. Had a bad day yesterday and anxiety was on the rise along with being sad. I knew I was probably going to get a panic attack because I could feel it in my chest, heart palpitations, tightness and shortness of breath. I literally had two options in my hands, our HempWorx CBD oil or my Xanax that I haven’t had to take in over a month. I decided to go the natural route once again and take half a dropper of the oil. Within 5 minutes my anxiety was GONE!!! So thankful for this product!!

She’s off all anxiety and pain meds in 4 days!

I have suffered with anxiety since 1999. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar and PTSD which I think are both bogus, but I have been diagnosed, I’ve been taking anxiety medicine since 1999, I just recently in the past year started taking medicine for the PTSD and the bipolar. I also have back problems and I had an L4 L5 Fusion in 2009. Since this week, I have received my CBD oil and I have not taken any anxiety medicine, or pain
medication so far, it’s been doing great.
I’m excited in all the money I’m going to save from co-payments and prescriptions and doctors visits and traveling to and from the doctor and taking time off of work to go to the doctor by using one product. Very very very excited!!!
**NEVER discontinue medications without consulting with your physician.

CBD oil used by customer with Parkinson’s, Anxiety and a history of cancer

My husband was diagnosed 3 yrs ago with Parkinson’s. His right arm and hand shakes have recently become more intense. We went to the neurologist a month ago. He wanted to give a medication to stop the trembling. My husband denied it, as he is a heart patient and has type 2 diabetes. 3 weeks ago I began 750 for depression and anxiety and no energy or motivation, sleepless nights, and just dragging through the days. I am a cancer survivor of 5 yrs next week. I had had a real tough time due to vaginal radiation which burned a hole in my colon. We started 750 twice a day 3 weeks ago together.

His shaking has lessened nearly 50%. I have become happier, more energy, less anxiety and all over depression and heart palpitations. Our daughter now is taking 750 for uncontrolled anxiety since her childhood. She visited us the other day. Immediately we saw the difference in only a week of using the drops! Our family seems to be benefiting after less than a month. Only good thoughts for the future!

ipolar and Anxiety Testimony

Here’s an approximate 6 week update for myself. I have struggled for most of my life to find a balance with bipolar disorder and anxiety. I’ve tried soooooo many medication combinations, and nothing was a great fit. I started using HempWorx in October, after struggling to recover from a car accident in January, and was not expecting much of anything, but with the money-back guarantee, what harm would trying it hurt?

I’m so thankful to HempWorx, because after struggling emotionally for most of my life, I feel calm and balanced for the first time in many years. I have had many difficult things arise in the past 6 weeks that would have had me in tears previously. I have found that the oil has seemingly helped my body find some kind of balance that was not there before. I’m not taking as many meds as I was. I had my first psychiatric appointment this morning since starting to use the oil, and my doctor was so happy to see I’ve improved – not to mention, he wasn’t too surprised and was very OK with me continuing use!!! Thank you HempWorx!

I was given anxiety meds right after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I started the oil and after a couple weeks I no longer take the anxiety meds I use it for both anxiety and depression and I’m happy to say I’m off both medications because of CBD HempWorx

Agoraphobia and Anxiety

I’m really shy but figured I’d share my testimony with everyone… I started fully taking my 500 mg 2 months ago now I’m at 7 drops 2 times a day and I’ve noticed a huge difference. All of my life I’ve been off and on antidepressants since I was 14 and it has really made a huge difference in the severity of it I’m calmer than I’ve ever been. And I’m also a sufferer of Agoraphobia which is due to my anxiety where I can’t leave the house because I’m too nervous and as of the last 2 weeks I’ve been going out frequently not saying I don’t get a bit nervous when I do go but it’s easier for me to leave the house now and now I have energy.

I’ve always suffered anxiety and depression and I never used to want to go down the basement stairs and do laundry because the stairs made my heart race and I was nervous of that feeling I’m able to say I’m doing laundry again and I’m cooking meals and baking and finding joy in the things I was anxious doing after my abusive relationship. I feel so much relief compared to where I was before thank you hemp worx for helping me getting my life back I’m so thankful to be where I am. I’ve suffered add and anxiety and depression all my life. I’m so thankful I could cry.

Abraham Hicks – What Causes my Fear

Image result for fear is just in your mind

If you haven’t heard about Abraham Hicks, she is an author and speaker called Esther Hicks and she basically has someone who speaks through her.

According to Esther “Abraham” consists of a group of entities which are “interpreted” by Esther Hicks. Abraham have described themselves as “a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension”. They have also said, “We are that which you are. You are the leading edge of that which we are. We are that which is at the heart of all religions.” Abraham has said through Esther that, whenever one feels moments of great love, exhilaration, or pure joy, that is the energy of source and that is who Abraham is.

Esther herself calls Abraham “infinite intelligence”. Her teachings (known as “Abraham–Hicks teachings”) are based on this experience. The basic tenets of the teachings includes one that says that people create their own reality through their attention and focus. Emotions are a person’s guidance system that indicate how close or distant that person is to how their Source feels about a particular topic of focus. Life is meant to be fun and easy.

What causes my fear?

Abraham: Fear is the feeling sensation that is present within you when you have both a desire and a belief that contradicts it. Fear is a response to the state of your vibration. You are a vibrational being, and every moment offering a signal. Your vibration could be called thought, it could be called memory, it could be called fantasy, it could be called imagination, it could be called Energy. In other words, your vibration could be called, “As I stand in my now, and I think about the present, or I think about the future, or I think about the past — all of that is thought. Whatever it is I’m perceiving is causing me to offer a vibration, and that vibration is being answered or matched by All-That-Is.

So when I feel fear, what it always means is, I am offering a thought that you might call desire and a thought that you might call belief that are contradictory. The presence of fear always means the presence of resistance. The presence of resistance always means not allowing the Energy of desire to flow through me–always, without exception. Same with confusion; same with vulnerability; same with anger; same with unworthiness; same with guilt. All negative emotions mean the same thing. You just call them different things because they play out differently in your experience — but they all mean the same thing.

The vibration of fear is usually a very strong vibration, which usually means there is the presence of a very strong desire within you. Often, when you feel fear, it is because you have a belief that contradicts basic elements that are natural to you. Your natural instinct, from your broadest Nonphysical perspective, is to know your power. Fear is a vibration when you feel powerless. Your natural instinctual Nonphysical vibration is to know your worthiness, know your rightness, know your value. And the feeling of fear is always when you are contradicting that thought.

We would want you to say, “Quite a bit of the time I feel fearful or vulnerable or limited, and what that feeling means is: I’m in that moment holding a desire that contradicts my past thought, or my beliefs…” Remember that a belief is just a thought you keep thinking, it’s just a habit of thought. It’s just sort of the way you’ve always thought it, and so it is the way you are now thinking it.

And so, as you are feeling fear, all it means is, “I’ve got a desire that my belief is not agreeing with. Now, what thought feels better about this? I’ve got hold of this stick, where my desire is here, my belief is here. What thought feels better?” And as you just softly talk to yourself about that subject, reaching for the thought that feels better, what happens is you shift the Energy.

It’s like the teeter-totter on the fulcrum, and it’s clearly down here, and you would like it to be up here. And so, you reach for the thought that feels better, and you reach for the thought that feels better, and you reach for the thought that feels better…and it doesn’t look like anything’s happening. And then, all of a sudden, one more time, you reach for the thought that feels better, and there it goes! The fear is gone without even knowing it, just by reaching for the thought that feels better. There is so much reward in just feeling better in your “now”. Because, so often, you’re wanting to reach for the thought that feels better because, “Whoop-de-doo, this is big time good fun!” In other words, “I want to get there! I would like every effort to take me there. I would like every thought that I think, and every time I go to a workshop, and every time I make a little bit of effort, I would like it to take me there!” And it’s irritating that it doesn’t take you there, to that manifestation.

We want you to not get so hung up on the manifestation, and start taking pleasure in the incremental relief. Pleasure in the fact that this feels a little better. Pleasure in the fact that you can actually, with your own will power and your own determination, choose a thought that feels better.

I love to listen to Esther and I hope you do to.

Reiki – Is it really a business or is it for healing

If you are a reiki healer you may have had questions and doubts about whether to pursue Reiki as a career or for self healing and progressing along your spiritual path?

Well, I have definitely  had this going through my head on and off for many years.  I started reiki over 10 years ago,  more so out of curiosity and also because I was just starting out in complementary therapies and was learning everything I could to build up my list of treatments.  Reiki slipped away from me, I wasn’t practicing anything on a daily basis, I wasn’t gaining clients so I just forgot about it.  Then a few years passed and I joined a therapy clinic, the lady who owned it was a Reiki Master and was doing a course so I thought ‘why not’ and joined the course.  I loved it, I felt like skipping out the room and kissing everyone I met,  thankfully I kept the kissing part to myself and just smiled from ear to ear.  Years had passed and so to had my daily practice, until I started to get ill, unexplained pains in my face, numbness in my hands.  The pain was just indescribable and went on for months.  I began juicing, meditating and visiting a Reiki practitioner, this was about 3 years ago and I’m glad to say I have established my daily practice and really feel like I am on the right path now.

I am simply using this reiki energy to heal myself and one day I hope I can teach others to do the same.  It has been a journey and continues to be one but now I know I am on the right path and I am grateful for the pain in my life as without that I would not have kept coming back to the energy.

Below is an excerpt from another website I read today and wanted to share this with you as it  resonated with me.  See what you think about whether Reiki should be for healing thy self or used as a business?

Becoming a True Healer

A lot of books about Reiki explains the nature of Reiki, and teach about basic techniques, then promote the ways to start your own Reiki business. But there is more to Reiki than just learning how to charge for a session. More and more practitioners go through the great works of Stiene, Petter and Lubeck and explore the spiritual truths and Buddhist/Shinto roots of Reiki. Yet, is it enough? Reading is good, but practice is better. And the spiritual understanding of Reiki develops like a  flower in the middle of your daily practice, as Frans Stiene said.

Reiki practitioner is not simple a person that channels Reiki – I believe that the purpose of Reiki practitioners is to become healers. A healer is a person capable in healing – but being able to channel Reiki does not make you a healer, as there is much more to learn. It is visible in the journey the practitioner takes through all three degrees. The beginning of the journey, the degree of Shoden, is meant to everyone – everyone can make this first step on the path of Reiki and remain there for the rest of life. The second degree, Okuden, is meant for those who wish to heal others, as well – but not everyone is ready to make this step. And only a few will be ready to take the step towards Shinpiden, the third degree of Reiki.

But once they do, and once they complete the entire process of initiation into the Shinpiden degree, they can begin their path towards true healing. A person that is a Shinpiden practitioner can truly become a healer if this person choose to do so. But it’s obvious that one person cannot heal the entire world. This is why we seek our own fields of expertise – some Reiki Shinpiden practitioners focus on emotional healing or psychotherapy, while others focus on working with animals. There is a saying: do what you love, and the money will follow. Why do I mention it here? Well, first of all, a lot of people wish to become Reiki Shinpiden practitioners in order to become teachers and make money by teaching Reiki – but will the money follow?

I suggest not seek the third degree in order to make money, but to seek it in order to be able to heal in your field of expertise. Reiki can support you whatever you do – let’s see it from a different point of view: do what you love, and Reiki will flow. You can be a great psychotherapiest and use Reiki to support yourself. You can organize natural building workshops, and use Reiki to support yourself. You can teach about permaculture and new economy, and use Reiki to support yourself in your efforts. You can truly do what you love – and as Reiki Shinpiden practitioner, have a toolset of powerful tools that can help youDid Reiki help you finding your non-spiritual passion. Do you use Reiki in non-spiritual fields? Share your thoughts in the comments below. in your task. You can really heal people in your field of expertise by allowing Reiki to support yourself. In other words, you do not have to be a Reiki teacher in order to be a great Reiki healer. You can help others in so many ways – you can heal others in so many ways.

So, you can become a Reiki Shinpiden Master in the art of woodworking. Or a Shinpiden Master in the art of Architecture. Or a Shinpiden Car Seller. Or a Shinpiden Nurse. Pick one – this will  make Reiki far more beneficial for the world!
